Chag Sameach! Happy Passover!

Thank you for supporting us here at Floodwater! We hope you and your family have a safe and happy holiday.  Below are a few instructions to help you along the way.

Salad: Just needs to be dressed and it's ready to go.

Gefilte Fish: Plate and serve

Matzah Ball Soup: Gently warm soup on low, this will allow the matzah ball to heat all the way through and not overcook the vegetables. Leave covered to keep warm and serve when ready. Now, If you are like my grandmother was, bring it to a boil otherwise it’s not hot enough.

Kugel: preheat your oven to 350.  Remove the top and bake for 15-20 minutes or hot and crispy. Cook longer if you like it more crispy.

Brisket/Carrots: After the kugel has been in the oven for 5 minutes. Put the brisket and carrots in the oven with the lid on.  The sauce is inside and will help heat the brisket.

When these items are hot and ready, you can shut off your oven and leave inside to have ready during your seder.

Afikoman: If this isn’t sweet enough for you, try a macaroon or brownie!
